I got a livingsocial deal which Fabiano (manager) did not honor. He's very rude & unprofessional. Maybe racist- not cordial at all. I had to return my livingsocial deal & paid three times for the same deal. The makeup artist seemed pretty arrogant too & did not do a good job on the hair. She constantly asks what I wanted. Hello aren't you the expert- give ideas. Zero suggestions. Photos were done with fabianos unprofessional & cold nature that I did not even feel like buying a single photo. Never going back there.

Ok, I went to visit my sister for spring break in Phoenix, and since it had been a while since we had seen each other she thought it would be a great idea to do some glamour shots, a sister session. She used a groupon and booked our appointment.

The photos came out good, they even liked us so much that after we got out prints they called and asked if they could use one of our photos to hang in the store for a month, me and my sister agreed. With us saying yes to them using our photo we got a really good deal on a fancy picture and some additional prints from the shoot. I agreed to pay to get to of the photos made that were going to be displayed since me and my sister both wanted one, Now this is where the headache begins, I paid a month goes by and by now the picture was up, I called to find out about the sending my picture to me since I didn't live in Phoenix. I have yet to see my picture or get a refund for what I paid for, I call almost everyday for the past 5 months to speak to a manger and I get told there isn't a manger they're still waiting on the new manager to come and when they do they'll call me, I've asked for corporate contact information and been told that they are not allowed to give out that information.

I just want my refund because I haven't received my product.

This place is a rip off!!! and not organized at all!!!

Character: Promotional material states that day-of specials will be made to accommodate your budgeting needs. Our circumstances leaned toward a digital package we were told would provide email access to edited photos via Dropbox. This was verbally estimated to be delivered on by 5/13/16. A follow-up email to unedited photos (artificial lighting and background theme mounting left in) was provided 5/12/16. However, no follow-up with edited photos was provided even as of 5/29/16. We were told that their verbal commitment required a reminder call for the owner to send on 5/27/16. Yet, after 3 email correspondences, this commitment now seems to have never happened and not fulfilled; thus, implying we, as customers, are liars.

Dignity: This owner, his staff and his marketing materials prey on customers hoping to capture a historic moment in time. However, when it comes to displaying empathy for customers, you will get dismissive, defensive responses and follow-up that actually questions your character as a customer and does not match any customer long-term relationship building commensurate with the pricing. You may presume that photography that averages $57-77 per image or about $200/hr would proffer compassion, but that could not be further from truth.

Customer Service: Because the photography and owner made a verbal commitment to email a Dropbox link to access edited shots from our photo shoot within 12 days to display for our baby shower, we coughed up $595 for this package. The edited photos were never shared via Dropbox. This verbal agreement was not honored and a refund request was not honored.

Affordability: The promo materials will be provided via email for your review when your appointment is booked with the disclosure that special arrangements and/or packages will be provided during your appointment. If you're comfortable paying someone at least $60 per pose (one shot) at a rate of at least $200/hr, by all means, this is the place for you. Just prepare your wallets, expect a wait, expect zero verbal integrity and expect to be treated with zero dignity.

Transparency/clarity: The promo materials (one-page flier, front-and-back) are laced with photography jargon. I sat and discussed the price-points of each section with the make up artist (absolutely unable to explain anything price-wise) and the owner for 20 minutes. I broke down the cost per pose for e-photos versus high-def to learn that the lower quality (e-photos) which top out at 5x7 or 8x10 printing (depending on if you ask the make up artist or photographer) are nearly $20 more money per pose. I immediately pointed this out and was told by the owner, "well, we don't want people to buy the e-photos because they're lower in quality." This anecdote parallels the clarity of their pricing and foretells the true vision to take as much money from their clients as possible.

In summary, we are expecting our first child and were provided a groupon for the photo-shoot, make up for mommy, and one 10x13 touched-up pose. This took nearly 3 hours on 5/15/16 and nothing that was promised verbally has been delivered by the owner, despite full payment. When disclosing our dissatisfaction and inquiry for a refund of $716.46, we were disrespectfully declined and even informed that the owner's side of the street was clean and that each broken promise was actually our problem as the customer. This type of interaction is disgusting and despicable. I deeply pray that any friend or family member you refer to this sorry excuse for professional, artistic photography is directed to other more economical and customer-centric professionals/outlets.

IM SO PISSED, JUST CALLED TO RESCHEDULE MY CHILD PHOTO SHOOT TO BE INFORMED THEY ARE CLOSING. I AM NOT BY ANY MEANS *** AND A BUSINESS USUALLY KNOWS THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS BEFORE HAND, WHY WAS I NOT TOLD WHEN I ORIGINALLY CALLED THAT I HAS A LIMITED TIME TO USE MY GROUPON ?

THEY ARE CLOSING ON THE 16TH AND MY GROUPON IS GOOD UNTIL THE 30TH.

I went to Glamour Shots in Killeen Texas for my bridal boudoir pictures. They were very excited and enthusiastic about helping me, but they signed me up for a credit card without my knowledge, then the quick one evening session I had planned turned into 3 super long sessions, way more time than I wanted to spend there. They did an awesome job on my hair and makeup, but did not use clean brushes or hair protecting spray, and they took SO LONG to do finish. Finally after all that, they charged me $1300 for 8 photos!!!! They were so pushy and basically coerced me into doing it, so I now have credit card debt on top of wedding planning. UGH.

I'm still waiting on the appointment hold refund because I did not purchase an additional package. It has been over 3 months. It is bad enough that the location (Katy Freeway) I used has closed and I wasn't informed. I didn't find out until I went there and saw everything was locked down. I called the number and a different location in a different city (San Antonio) they were closed down. I was told a manager would call me but in the mean time my pictures would be mailed to me and my refund processed. .....Still waiting.....

I got online appointment for alpaha rd in dallas ... when i got there they told me i dont have deposit because i didnt pay deposit and they called me so many times.... reality is they didnt called me single time ... even the lady told me to setup appointment but they dont offer the online deal i got ... explains me everything why i didnt get call ... free seasion and 8*10 free .... they do not know i spent $300 last time when i went with my daughter ...

Scottsdale location. I agree with...

DO NOT GO THERE!!! I took my granddaughter in for the Fairy photo session. Her hair and makeup were fine, however, the same makeup tools are used for each client. The selection of fairy costumes was VERY limited and mostly consisted of "Frozen" costumes.

The process is a long one. They take a ton of pictures, then you wait for them to download for your "presentation." You review pictures and make selections. We selected certain poses and just had to guess what they would look like with chosen backgrounds. Then, you sign a paper saying that you accept them no matter what.

I picked up the photos and her face was so light that I could not see any of her features. I asked if they could somehow darken the photo, as it looked liked her nose wasn't even there. I was told, "Well, I can see her nose." Knowing at that point any argument was futile. They are very expensive, basically paying $50 per sheet for a 5"x7" photo, which in my opinion are not of good quality.

Even after stating how unhappy I was with the final product they still tried to sell me a $149 CD. I would not recommend.

Glamour Shots Horrible - up sell and photographer was sick

I had a terrible experience in Septemr 2016 at the Glamour Shots in Austin, TX (Domain). I was using a groupon.

Upon arrival, the reception desk man made us all fill out paperwork required before we could get started. The paperwork was for a credit card from a Sychronicity Bank and asked SSN info etc. NO WAY would I do that, nor needed a credit card. then he proceeded to tell me my Groupon had no value and I needed up buy a different package.

When I said that this seemed like a "bait and switch" he told me if I said that, again, I would have to leave. After I got my makeup done, the photographer was throwing up in the bathroom and crying...so the whole session was cancelled.

I called customer service three times...no one ever returned my calls. Groupon refunded my payment.

RIPOFF!!!!!!

Well what can I say? I have had the same problems as many on here. Well first off I did this on groupon about 3 years ago. No where in the rules etc says you have to be a new client. Well needless to say I was told by Tracy at the Sunrise, Fl location that I must purchase a package next time. I told her nope wont happen ever again. The photographer was excellent, makeup artist thought she was the best NOT! So guess what I am never ever going there again! And again who the *** opens a credit card for some pictures at a studio. Very ghetto!

I went to them on May 8 to get some pictures taken and had a fantastic experience the staff was great made me feel comfortable I had purchased a Groupon coupon and they excepted it and gave me everything that the Groupon entire

Fabiano was great and so was the lady who did my make up

I gave them 10 out of 10 because it was a great experience and my husband love The pictures and the file that was sent to us to use by dropbox have no idea how that was going to come out and that was great the music went along with the pictures and definitely will be back for more

Poor Customer Service at Glamour Shots

Back in February of 2016, I had decided to get my picture taken by Glamour Shots in the Rockaway Mall. After the pictures were taken they forcibly try to sell you more of their services than you want. First the prices are outrageous, they try to force you into financing your pictures with their Credit Card. After I signed my life away. The next day I received a call from Glamour Shots stating that the owner of the company really like my pictures & wanted to hang one up on the portrait wall. They told me that it was a Valentine promotion they were going to offer that I only had to pay for the portrait ($299.00) & they would pay for the mat & frame plus all of the pictures that I had ordered the day before. ($1400) Plus after it hung up on the wall for a month I would get to keep it. So I had said great. Then when I looked at my credit card bill from them it was not the case. Not only was I paying for the pictures I ordered the day before ($1400) I had to also pay for the portrait ($299.00) I was furious that this had occurred. I tried getting in touch with the owner of the company but had no luck, also they do not even have a corporate office. I do have a witness to this whole thing that I went through with the company! I am also concerned because they are many others that had the same kind of dealing with this company before & the company owner doesn't seem to want to cooperate in helping resolve this matter. They feel they did nothing wrong. I did however contact the credit card company stating the I dispute the first amount of $1400! Buyer Beware Of Getting involved with Glamour Shots in the Rockaway Mall in NJ.

What Happened to Good Customer Service

I always like to give feedback, sad to say this one is not one of those times.

I scheduled an appointment for Thursday, March 10, 2013, I called that morning to make sure everything was a "go". They could not find my name anywhere and the girl who answered the phone was "dazed and confused". I had a deadline to make to get new pictures done for my agent and I also needed them for my marketing business. We scheduled Saturday at 9:00 am, I was charged $35, I would lose it if I did not cancel within 72 hours. Today, Saturday the 12th of March at 8:28 am, when I was 2 minutes away, I received a phone call that they had to call, unfortunately, one of there photographers had a death in the family. I said I am very sorry and please pass on my sympathy. I then said you only have one photographer, she did not answer right away and then started to stutter, ugh he is on vacation, Glamour Shots can not bring in another one. She then gave me a new appointment of next Thursday, are you kidding me, what happened to my dead line. She might me groggier then *** and not care about her job, however I take my responsible seriously. Thank God I found another Photographer. Sure I am so sorry for the death of the photographer's family member. However, for a Company like Glamour Shots cancelling all appointments on s Saturday right before Easter is definitely poor management. Since they cancelled I want my $35 back immediately as in Monday, I want no excuses. I contacted Groupon and told them the entire story and they refunded the money I paid to Groupon for Glamour. I keep my pulse on businesses, no matter how you look at it, this terrible move of cancelling all appointments today lowered your company more. You need to hire employees and managers who don't care about their jobs and hire good people or hire a Consultant who can provide better training, coaching/mentoring and who has a background in HR who knows how to put employees and managers on a 60 day letter and if there is no improvement give them the option of quitting or fire them. This Consultant could show positive changes within a months time. If you want more want more information you can call me directly at 571-268-****.

Terrible Company

Bought a $25.00 Groupon for my daughter to have a fairy picture taken. When I made the appointment they charged me a $25.00 deposit which was refundable. No big deal right? Except, when we showed up they made us wait an hour and a half past our appointment time then said they wouldn't have time to show us our pictures. We live quite a distance from this studio so getting back was difficult. I tried on multiple occasions to re-schedule our viewing and they could not accommodate. I even showed up one afternoon hoping that they would let me quickly glance over the pictures but, again, they were too busy. I even went as far as to say they could pick one out for me and mail it. Nope, they wouldn't do that either. Nor would they refund my deposit. Now the location is closed, I have lost $50.00 and NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE will call me back from customer service, the corporate office, or Chino Hills (the location that is handling all customers from Chula Vista). Thanks Glamour Shots.... You definitely score an "F" in my book.

NEVER AGAIN!

Scottsdale AZ location - Pushy, rude sales people, rushed service, corporate customer service that won't return phone calls. When I called to complain to store manager she did NOT disclose to me that she was one of the people I was complaining about! Apparently they also don't know the meaning of the word ALL. The package I bought was supposed to include ALL low-res images on a disk. Only got 60 images, they took over 200. When I asked the store manager she said ALL only means the ones they like, not ALL. I tried to explain that ALL means ALL, not what she decides it means. She struggled with the concept, I gave up. DO NOT go there!
